Breath out while raising the shoulders, once you are away from the floor hold the breath for a second and them lower back towards the floor. Continue this in a uniform manner.
· Hamstring stretch
This exercise relieves the back of the leg, where some of the muscles that work for the lower spine are present. All you have to do is lie on your back and bent one knee. Now put a towel beneath the ball of the foot and pull the towel towards upward straightening the knees. Hold this for a few seconds and repeat on the other leg.
· Wall Sits
Lower back pain can be controlled effectively by performing wall sits regularly. Just lean your back into the wall until the spine is flat against the wall. Slide downwards as if you are sitting on a chair. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat the procedure.
